TorcUP Calibration Services

TorcUP can provide accurate and affordable NIST traceable (National Institute of Standards and Technology) calibration services for hydraulic and pneumatic torque wrenches (up to 25,000 Ft/Lbs) as well as hydraulic pressure gauges (up to 10,000 PSI).

Our professionally trained staff works with state-of-the-art calibration equipment in a climate-controlled laboratory, so you can count on precise results and timely turnaround. Our repair technicians can perform any necessary repairs or adjustments to TorcUP tools and equipment prior to them being certified in our calibration laboratory.

Customers will receive a detailed certificate of calibration for each item, with “as found” and “as left” conditions, as well as documentation of any adjustments or repairs made before performing calibration services.

Over time the alloys which tools and gauges are produced from can become distorted or worn. These changes can affect the torque output of tools and the readings of gauges.
